Selina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 15 years of experience supporting clients across a variety of therapeutic settings. Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, she is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience, insight, and empowerment.
Selina specializes in working with adolescents (ages 12+), teenagers, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, and life transitions. Whether her clients are coping with changes in relationships, career shifts, parenthood, loss, or other pivotal moments, Selina offers a supportive and grounded space to process and grow through these experiences. Her clinical experience also includes working with clients in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and she brings a trauma-informed perspective to every session.
Selina is a trained EMDR therapist, who integrates evidence-based modalities such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered Therapy. Additionally, she is trained in Perinatal Mental Health, and substance use disorders.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time in her art studio, exploring nature, playing guitar, and being with her family, friends, and three beloved dogs. Her dedication to holistic well-being and community engagement is at the heart of her work, making her a trusted guide through life’s most meaningful transitions.
