Hi, I’m Lorlein Stallings — a Supervisee in Social Work with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies. I’m deeply passionate about helping people find balance, healing, and purpose through life’s transitions.
With experience supporting children, teens, and families, I’m especially drawn to walking alongside young adults and adults as they navigate the complexities of relationships, identity, career, and change. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of your next step, I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and be fully heard.
My practice focuses on anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions, coping skills, and the unique experiences of military families. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, Solution-Focused Therapy to build on your strengths, and Mindfulness-Based techniques to ground you in the present moment. At the heart of it all, I take a Person-Centered approach — meeting you where you are with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
My goal is to create a warm, safe, and empowering environment where you can explore your story, uncover your resilience, and build the tools you need to thrive. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of well-being — so you can live a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
