Licensed Resident in Counseling

Hi, I look forward to working with you!

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, my educational journey has taken me from Texas Southern University in Houston, TX, to Bowie State University in Maryland, and now to Morgan State University, where I am a proud Ph.D. candidate in Social Work. These experiences have shaped not only my clinical lens but also my deep commitment to serving others with compassion, cultural humility, and intentional care.

As a mental health professional, I understand how overwhelming and isolating adulthood can feel, especially when navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, overstimulated, or weighed down by life’s expectations. My role is to walk alongside you, offering empowerment, support, and kindness as we work together to break cycles and uncover your strength.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, regulate emotions, and build lasting coping strategies. My approach combines Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster self-awareness, skill-building, and lasting change.

Therapy with me is a safe, collaborative space where your voice is heard, your experience is validated, and your healing is the priority. Together, we’ll cultivate calm, restore confidence, and reconnect you with your sense of purpose.

If you’re ready for clarity, empowerment, and growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way. You deserve care that is both clinically sound and soulfully grounded.
