Licensed Professional Counselor

Claire Tran is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She works with young adults, adults, and couples, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Claire specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. She also enjoys helping clients strengthen coping skills, build emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. As a certified SYMBIS facilitator, she provides premarital counseling for couples seeking to build healthy relationships.

Claire understands that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially for those who worry about being judged or believe change is out of reach. She is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful growth.

Her therapeutic approach integrates person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Claire believes that each client possesses inherent strengths and the capacity for change. Her role is to help clients recognize those strengths, develop effective skills, and move toward a life that reflects their values and goals.
