We travel the road with you, hope for the hopeful and hopeless! We pair authentic listening with the power of hope = Rivers of Hope Counseling.
Life can be complicated, difficult, and overwhelming. Have you ever wanted to talk to someone that can offer support on your journey to emotional wellness? I strive to work collaboratively with each client in a non-judgmental format to improve overall happiness and wellbeing. My approach is a laid-back style, focusing on creating a safe space for clients to take risks. I believe this allows clients to be vulnerable and gain support, resulting in self empowerment to make positive life changes. My philosophy is that therapy cannot be one size fits all and treatments as such, I customize therapy plans for each client, couple, or family. I’m here for you! Reach out today!
I received a Master of Arts (2014) in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University and a Master of Arts (2020) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I can provide both traditional counseling services as well as Christian based counseling. My experience includes work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in stress reduction, anxiety, and depression, and trauma, grief, eating disorders, family conflict, and self-exploration.
