We travel the road with you, hope for the hopeful and hopeless! We pair authentic listening with the power of hope.
I believe every individual seeking professional counseling has a special and valuable story to share. My strength is helping individuals to overcome their lack of self-confidence, self-esteem, faulty thinking patterns of themselves, and the world around them. I provide hope and encouragement during one’s most difficult seasons of life. For this to be possible, I provide an unbiased, willing, non-judgmental, and an active listener supporter in a safe environment.
I utilize a combination of clinical interventions, which derives from faith-based counseling. I received a Master of Professional Counseling from South University, a bachelor’s degree from Norfolk State University, and a Foundational Diploma in Ministerial Studies from the Purpose Institute. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma therapy for adults, children and families from various stages and walks of life. I also specialize in helping couples in developing interventions and plans to actively engage in effective, healthy and positive communication skills in their relationship.
If the above resonates with you, this is your confirmation and sign that there is help for you. There is a God ordained destiny and purpose for your life. Life is precious and you deserve to enjoy it to the fullest. Reach out to me today!
