Charmaine Dockett
ROHC Founder, Licensed Professional Counselor MA, LPC-S
Welcome to Rivers of Hope Counseling. Charmaine Dockett, LPC and founder of Rivers of Hope Counseling, has spent years working with adults to achieve restoration in their lives through personalized treatment, faith-based counseling, and unrelenting compassion. She brings authentic listening joined with the power of hope into the counseling relationship. When life brings its seasons of challenges and difficulties, Charmaine is confident that a road traveled together is the beginning of change. She believes in the uniqueness of individuals without judgment, and brings faith for the faithful and faithless.

Carly Moody is a Licensed Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy. She earned her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University. Carly has a passion for helping others heal by finding themselves again.
Katrina Williams
Licensed Resident in Counseling
I am currently a licensed Resident in Counseling. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I am currently working on my PhD in Forensic Psychology.
My clinical experience includes the areas of community-based counseling, residential treatment, private counseling, autism spectrum disorders, and crisis intervention.
Shaina Lester
Licensed Resident in Counseling
Shaina is very passionate about assisting others on their healing journey. Shaina uses a non-judgmental and compassionate approach when working with clients. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She also has experience working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
Shannah James
Licensed Masters Social Worker
Hello, my name is Shannah James, formerly known as Shannah Heymer. I’m a Licensed Masters Social Worker specializing in mental health with 12 years of experience working with adolescents (ages 13 and above) and adults in group counseling, family/marriage counseling, individual counseling, trauma therapy, grief counseling and crisis intervention.

Elizabeth is an MSW and a Clinical Social Worker Supervisee (LMHP-S) and obtained a Master of Social Work from Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia.
