Meet The Founder
Charmaine Dockett
ROHC Founder, Licensed Professional Counselor MA, LPC-S
Welcome to Rivers of Hope Counseling. Charmaine Dockett, LPC and founder of Rivers of Hope Counseling, has spent years working with adults to achieve restoration in their lives through personalized treatment, faith-based counseling, and unrelenting compassion. She brings authentic listening joined with the power of hope into the counseling relationship. When life brings its seasons of challenges and difficulties, Charmaine is confident that a road traveled together is the beginning of change. She believes in the uniqueness of individuals without judgment, and brings faith for the faithful and faithless.

License-Eligible Clinical Social Worker
Rosa is a bilingual, license-eligible clinical social worker currently working toward her clinical licensure. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Saint Leo University in 2013 and continued her education at Simmons University, where she earned her Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in trauma and interpersonal violence.

Keisha Manior-Richardson
Licensed Resident in Counseling
Greetings! Keisha is a Licensed Resident in Counseling and Qualified Mental Health Counselor in Virginia. She completed Master of the Arts degrees in both Community Counseling and Urban Education from Norfolk State University. With a military up-bringing, it has been her passion to support, empower, guide, and strengthen individuals and their families for over 16 years. Keisha provides therapy to individuals ages 22 and older, along with couples and families.

Susan Killian
Licensed Resident in Counseling
Hi, I’m Susan! I’m here to support you through the ups and downs of parenting, relationships, and personal growth. As a Resident in Counseling, I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University and a master’s in Infant and Early Childhood Development with a focus on mental health and disabilities from Fielding Graduate University.

Allison Brooks
Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor
Allison focuses on assisting individuals in identifying their therapeutic goals by using a collaborative approach that incorporates a variety of theories and techniques into interventions in order to achieve their desired outcomes. She believes that everyone has a unique story to share and that their stories deserve to be heard empathetically.
