As a Resident in Counseling, I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University and a master’s in Infant and Early Childhood Development with a focus on mental health and disabilities from Fielding Graduate University. With over 8 years of experience, I specialize in helping parents strengthen their relationships with their children to promote healthy development and positive family dynamics. As an Army wife, I understand the unique challenges military families face, including the transition to life after active duty. I’ve also been a Veteran caregiver for over 13 years, giving me firsthand knowledge of the stress, burnout, and fatigue caregivers often experience.
