We travel the road with you, hope for the hopeful and hopeless! We pair authentic listening with the power of hope.

I work with clinical issues affecting children, adolescents and adults. I utilize a variety of integrative approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to provide a flexible and holistic approach. My goal is to help my clients fully embrace their experience and empower them to take an active role in changing their perceptions, emotions, and behaviors.

I have worked in a variety of settings to include school guidance counseling, job training program, home based counseling for youth and their families, and outpatient counseling. My education, professional and life experiences have provided me with the insight and compassion to provide effective vision and support for my clients.

My goal is to help my clients fully embrace their experience/s and empower them to take an active role in changing their perceptions, emotions, and behaviors. I want to congratulate you for taking these initial steps to make positive, holistic, and permanent changes in your life.

I am also passionate about helping minority groups and others who feel marginalized by society; being an ethnic minority, I am able to empathize with the lived experience as well as the process of negotiating or navigating between two or more cultures.
