I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Behavior Technician. I received a Bachelor of Arts at West Virginia University in Psychology and a minor in Studio Art 2D. I also obtained my Master’s in Art Therapy at George Washington University. My counseling expertise focuses on Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma-Processing (all types of trauma), anger management, behavior management, coping skills, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Military to civilian life adjustment and family therapy. I have experience working with Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, and Adults.

I bring to the counseling relationship is trust, compassion, solutions and focus on client’s personal growth. I also bring a lot of creativity in how to address treatment goals and client issues. I believe in working together with clients to create effective, person-centered treatment with understanding of role therapy has in building self-compassion, confidence, and contentment in life. I am compassionate about building self-esteem and confidence in one’s ability to handle what life throws at you, coming out with a strong sense of contentment with self. I strongly promote being content with where you are, who you are and what you are doing to reach your goals.
